Protocol 1:
Cut the desired pattern and place the cardboard side on the surface of a glass of water for 5 seconds.
Gently slide the pattern off its cardboard and then with pliers or a spatula place it on the prepared nail.
Cover with two coats of topcoats
Protocol 2:
Soak a cotton pad with water and place your design on the cardboard side for 10 seconds
Place the water decal on your clean stamping on the pattern side and slide the card with your finger
Place your stamp on the nail, the pattern will stick to the nail
